Anywhere in France....

Ok, here goes.... we are a group of four skiers looking for ok accommodation somewhere in the French Alps for the week 22-29 january 2011.
We are intermediate to advanced skiers, and would like some good skiing to get stuck into, and ideally have accom directly on the piste or adjacent to lifts.
Not too fussy about anything else really, but we are on a budget.
Any ideas folks...?

Basic accomodation but very good food and superb skiing. Very short walk to the piste and you can ski back to right accross the road.

Have a look at www.skicollection.co.uk We are thinking of booking a cheeky week in March. It is an interesting site with lots of options ie Self drive with channel crossing, train or plane. Taxi transfers, great accomodation top notch to standard in many good resorts. Ski package and lift passes if required. Looks good. Has anybody on J2ski used this company please? :-)
